Programmable 8-Looper pedal

Switch multiple true bypass loops set up how you want them

The MarkOne Audio programmable 8-looper gives you full control over the switching arrangement of all 8 of its send/return loops. Each foot switch can be programmed to activate any combination of the 8 loops (the foot switch that you press will always be included in this combination). Changing from one setting to another will disengage the previous loops and engage the ones programmed to the new foot switch. The pedal offers two programming modes: multi and individual. These two modes work in tandem - you can assign either to any of the 8 foot switches.

Multi mode:

This mode allows multiple channel changes with a single press of a foot switch. For example: Start by programming foot switch 1 to turn on loops 1, 3, 4 and 7 and foot switch 2 to turn on loops 2 and 8. The pedal start up in master bypass mode - your signal goes straight through to your amp. Pressing foot switch 1 will engage loops 1, 3, 4 and 7 sending your signal through these loops in ascending order. If you then press foot switch 2 it will disengage those 4 loops and engage loops 2 and 8. Pressing foot switch 2 again will return the pedal to master bypass mode.

Individual mode:

This mode replicates the functionality of our range of non programmable looper pedal. Assigning individual mode to a foot switch will mean that it will only be activated or deactivated by pressing said switch, it will not be changed by a foot switch set to multi mode. Operation is simple - press once to activate the loop, press again to deactivate it.

The pedal is very easy to program - to enter programming mode, hold down the programming button below the input jack for around 1 second. Press the foot switch of the channel that you want to program, then press the foot switches of the other loops that you want to activate. Once you've made your selection then press the initial foot switch to store the setting to the memory of the pedal. To exit programming mode just hold down the programming button below the input jack for around 1 second.

The programmable 8-looper also gives you two types of bypass mode - true bypass or buffered bypass. The true bypass mode will pass your signal straight through the pedal without any electronics in the signal chain. Buffered bypass mode has a buffer on the output and also include MarkOne Audio's silent switching circuitry so you won't get any pops or clicks when switching.

The pedal is powered from a standard Boss type 9 volt DC centre negative power supply. It draws up to 250 mA so we recommend that you use a power supply of at least 300 mA.

PLEASE NOTE: This pedal DOES NOT record and play back your instrument. It is designed to isolate 1 or more effects pedals within each of its true bypass loops.
